Acne - clean your liver

Acne - liver connection
During puberty toxin levels in the body are higher because of its increased metabolism and rapid growth. At that time the liver( as a main filtering organ) can easily become overwhelmed. When that happens, body triggers its natural response of flushing out the toxins through the skin resulting in acne breakout. One way to restore liver's normal functioning is via cleanse.

Daily cleanse recipe
If you want to purify and detoxify your body from inside here is a recipe that you can do daily until you notice further improvement. It's nothing more than a salad dressing so it's harmless, unless you've got some serious liver issues.

Put the following ingredients into a glass:

1 glass of water
1 tablespoon of cold pressed virgin olive oil
juice of one lemon
2 garlic cloves
pinch of ginger

Stir or blend the mixture and drink on an empty stomach. Also if you’ve acidified your body’s Ph due to stress, negative emotions or improper diet, the drink will balance it back to normal(due to the lemon's alkaline properties). Proper alkalization of the whole body Ph, takes around 30 days, combined with green juices like Spirulina.

Fibre
Also take additional fibre to introduce more good bacteria in your stomach. Fibres keep the toxins and cholesterol from being reabsorbed into the blood and help to be excreted normally. Good source of fibre are the probiotic cultures of Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Lactobacillus Bifidus found in yogurt.

Don't forget to drink 8 glasses of water daily. On the 5-6day you'll notice the difference. The receipt has also a beneficial effect on backne.

Additionally
Here is a list of herbs that might relieve your symptoms caused by improper liver_functioning. You could prepare herbal tea or an extract out of them. And please consult a qualified physician before consumption.

Dandelion root & leaves, Burdock root, Senna Alexandrina, Berberis Vulgaris or European Barberry, Cascara Sagrada, Cayenne Pepper, Fennel, Aloe Vera, Rhubarb, Marjoram, Cat's Claw, Comfrey(Symphytum), Chicory, Goldenrod(Solidago), Hortensis Root, Marshmallow Root, Bear's Grape, Thistle, Hydrastis, Liquorice, Glycyrrhiza glabra... by Nevyan Neykov profile

Recipe, not receipt! Also, lemon holds a very high pH level, not alkaline.

Although lemon is initially acidic, it offers alkalinity to an acidic system, improving a Ph balance. It however, does not have a "high Ph level". The body's optimal Ph balance is 7, which is center between 3-10. 3 being acidic and 10 being alkaline.

  2. pH above 7.0 is considered as alkaline.

Lemon is acidic, its pH is below 7 but when it gets into the human body it becomes alkaline and alkalizes your body.

You might consider two supplements: CoQ10 and Alpha lipoic acid. CoQ10 is a super-antioxidant, doing a great job of fighting free radicles. ALA works as an excellerant, among other things, in assisting the liver in fighting toxins. Alpha Lipoic Acid also promotes an excellerated rejuvenation of the lining surface of the liver. Body builders that consume oral anabolic steroids know the taxation of liver function. For years, the use of Milk Thistle aided in minimizing the damage. Studies have shown ALA to be as much as 10 times superior. Hope this helps!

  5. Yes, and remember to be persistent...
Also, when you do an exercise muscle's blood pH drops down so you must restore it back to normal as quickly as possible.
This way you'll ease your liver system - responsible for the blood purification and the whole body detoxification.

are the garlic cloves cooked? RAW garlic is carcinogenic due to its very strong properties. thats why garlic has to be cooked to lessen the strength of its components.

  7. Just the opposite - garlic inhibits the carcinogenicity and is well known of its anti-bacterial benefits.

  10. Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil because it's processed using low heat thus preserving large amount of its beneficial antioxidants and phenols.

  11. Lemon juice contains citric acid. As the name suggests, it's acidic, not alkaline. That said, this drink sounds very good for you: Ginger ang garlic are well known for their antibiotic and anti-inflammatory effects; olive oil is also well known to form protective layer around mucous membranes and so can, for instance, give relief from ulcers and minor abrasions in the gut. It's also a mild laxative and stool softener and so can aid digestive flow. Virgin olive oil tastes nicer than second or third presses (virgin means the first pressing of the olives), and keeping it cool also makes it more palatable. Lemon juice contains high levels of vitamin C, and I imagine the acidity make the drink closer to the natural acidity of your gut and so reduces upsets.

It sounds like a healthy drink that can make you feel better generally. I don't know if it will affect your liver specifically, but it will almost certainly be good for your body. The better your overall health, the less likely your body will produce acne.

  12. I went to go get a facial. My austhetician told me I had a liver problem due to a dark spot right under my right eye. She said it was not a sun spot, but sign of an unhealthy liver. Thus, my probable cause for acne. I started noticing that on the second day my spot started to diminish. This drink is excellent. I will post when my spot is removed. I have also noticed a glow appearance on my face.
