How to install it 5 steps(detailed):

1. Open Blogger Dashboard and go to Layout -> Edit Html
   
   
2. Backup your old template by pressing the Download Full Template link.
   
   
3. Download and save the new template from here. Then press the button Browse, load it in the 'Upload a template from a file on your hard drive' field and press Upload.
