Antispyware tools from Trend Micro

Here I'll present Trend micro's tools that will help you to remove spyware & viruses from your system as well as keep it protected.

CWShredder will remove the CoolWebSearch spyware variants on your computer. Just click the Fix button and make sure to close your Mozilla or Internet explorer's web browser.
Usage:

1. Click Fix ->.
2. Close all browser windows that are open.
3. Click OK on the message box that tells you to close all open browser windows to ensure CWS is cleaned and removed.
4. After CWShredder scans a report will be made, click Next ->.
   If any problems were found you may fix them now.
5. Click “Exit” once when you are finished.

First you need to update the scanner's definitions via menu About-> Check for updates:


Pros: It is a good&fast scanner, with integrated CWShredder, temp files cleaner etc...
Cons: You'll have 30 day trial period.

Housecall is a online scanner from Trend Micro that requires Java Runtime Environment.
Pros: Detects flaws(unpatched or buggy software) within the operating system and recommend ways to fix them.
Cons: It is a little bit slow but it's worth trying.
